A Conversation w/ Actor & Friend, Peter Jacobson

August, 2020 | Manon Spadaro

Most folks know Peter Jacobson from his work in film and TV - including roles like Dr. Chris Taub on House, Proxy Snyder on USA's Colony, Rabbi Jacob Kessner on Fear of the Walking Dead, and many, many more.

To me, Peter is not only an actor whose work I seriously admire and respect, but he also happens to be one of my oldest friends. We were high school classmates together at Francis W. Parker, where Peter first caught the "acting bug" doing a production of Romeo and Juliet our senior year.

Our conversation, guided mostly by questions from CYS students, gives us an inside look at Peter's work, his process, his time at Brown and Juilliard, and how his journey as an actor began with The Bard.

Huge thanks to my dear friend for taking the time to share so much, and for making me laugh, as always. Enjoy!
